Elevate Foodservice Group (Elevate FSG) and Viola Group, two independent leaders in the foodservice equipment industry, today announced a strategic merger effective January 1, 2026. The combined organization, The Viola Elevate Group, will continue serving the MAFSI Region 1 territory, bringing together Elevate FSG’s cutting-edge technology and forward-looking approach with Viola Group’s 35+ years of industry legacy and trusted relationships to deliver enhanced solutions for end users, consultants, and dealers.
This merger positions the combined organization for accelerated growth by aligning complementary product lines and expanding resources. Key initiatives include a revamped office and test kitchen in Connecticut, with a third facility and test kitchen slated to open in early 2026 at a location to be determined. All current staff from both organizations will be retained, with plans to add new team members to support expanded operations.
