The Rhode Island Kitchen is a partnership kitchen of ours. The Newport group owns and operates over 15 foodservice facilities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This location serves as their training and concept development center. We are proud to work with this great employee-owned company in the region.

Our Connecticut facility has been the home of the Viola Group for over 10 years. We are in the process of adding new equipment for future demonstrations, training and presentations. Stay tuned for more as these improvements come together.
